Performance Management for Talent Acquisition Teams

Performance management is one of the trickiest responsibilities a manager has on their plate. In the world of talent acquisition, it can be even more difficult because the work of a recruiter is heavily influenced by outside forces - unpredictable candidates, indecisive hiring managers, cautious finance teams, and uncertain macroeconomic conditions to name a few. How much of a recruiter’s performance is truly in their control? And how much isn’t?
